Café YOU

A Unique Coffee & Food Experience

Espresso Coffees

Our Espresso

Our Espresso is brewed by forcing a small amount of nearly boiling water under pressure through freshly and finely ground coffee beans. Espresso is thicker than coffee brewed by other methods and has Crema (creamy foam) on the top.

We use both single origin and blended coffee that is freshly roasted right here in Cape Coral by Java D’Oro. This means that when you drink a Café YOU coffee you will enjoy the superior flavor experience, intense aroma and many health benefits (when consumed in moderation) and unique quality of drinking freshly roasted coffee.

Solo (Single) Espresso is made using 0.25 oz of ground coffee that makes 1 oz of espresso.

Doppio (Double) Espresso is made using 0.5 oz of ground coffee that makes 2 oz of espresso.

At Café YOU we serve “Normal” size espressos. Please let us know if you want a “Short” or a “long” instead. A finer grind is used for a “Short” allowing less water to travel though the coffee to make a more concentrated espresso. A courser grind is used for a “Long” espresso.
