Directions
Café YOU is located at 1423 SE 10th Street in Cape Coral. You will find us just off Del Prado Blvd about 3 minutes South of the Cape Coral Hospital.
Travelling North on Del Prado, turn left into SE 10th Street which is one street before Viscaya Pkwy.
Travelling South on Del Prado, turn right into Viscaya Parkway and then left into 14th Place. You will find us on the corner of SE14th Place and SE 10th Street.
Hours
We are open Monday through Saturday from 7:45 am – 3:30 pm. Check our Event Calendar for Evening Hours. Private functions can be booked for any weekday evening from 5:30 pm onwards and at any time on Sunday. Parties are required to spend a minimum of $750 (otherwise a room rental fee applies) and bookings must be made at least 36 hours in advance.

Adult Cooking Classes

Sharing our love for cooking Fresher, Healthier & Tastier Food
What to Expect: Great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about technique & cooking with Love. In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by one of our professional chefs.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted
- You will work with other students in groups of 2 or 3
- Hands-on classes are limited to 10 students
- You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
- On completion of the class, you will enjoy a generous taste of every dish

Gluten Free: All dishes are Gluten Free uless otherwise noted.

Register: To register for one or more classes, call us on 239-600-0966, pay a $20 deposit per class and then make sure we receive a completed waiver and release form before the commencement of your first class. One form covers all classes you choose to do during 2019/2020. You can drop off your form or email it to us at cafeyou@yahoo.com.

Kids Camps
We are so sorry, Kids Camps are not being offered for the 2023 summer because we do not have access to the classroom and kitchen space needed.
We run a summer camp program as well as a winter and spring break camp programs for kids ages 12 – 16 years old.
Food is a basic requirement for life. For a healthy and productive life, we need to eat healthy, nutritious food and the best way to do that is to learn to cook for yourself. Get your kids started early.
