At our Tasting Dinners, our three chefs, Ed Rocchio, Sam Wood and Ana Lewis, team up to take YOU on a finr dining culinary extravaganza.
These three highly trained chefs go all out to showcase the best of their best creations giving YOU the opportunity to have a small taste of six different high culinary art dishes, each paired with a different premium wine. Portion sizes are small and are carefully measured out to ensure you are fully satisfied at the end of the meal without having to let your belt out a notch. These dinners are a prix fixe celebration of food, which can be enjoyed with or without the wine pairing. Dishes are individually plated and beautifully presented as pictured below.
