A beautiful 6 Course Chef’s Tasting Dinner awaits. This event is filling up fast so please book early.
At our Tasting Dinners, our three chefs, Ed Rocchio, Sam Wood and Ana Lewis, team up to take YOU on a fine dining culinary extravaganza. These three highly trained chefs go all out to showcase the best of their best creations giving YOU the opportunity to have a small taste of six different high culinary art dishes, each paired with a different
premium wine. Portion sizes are small and are carefully measured out to ensure you are fully satisfied at the end of the meal without having to let your belt out a notch. These dinners are a prix fixe celebration of food, which can be enjoyed with or without the wine pairing. Dishes are individually plated and beautifully presented as pictured below.

We are very excited because we have 45 people from the Cape Coral New Residents Club joining us for lunch this coming Thursday from 11:45am to 1:30pm. This means we are fully booked between these times. So, we need your help! If you are planning to come to Cafe YOU this Thursday, please join us for Breakfast or after 1:30pm for lunch.
Please place your lunch take out orders by 11:30am or after 12:45pm.
Sharing our Love for Cooking Fresher – Healthier & Tastier Food
Due to popular demand we are going to trial a number of adult cooking classes at Cafe YOU. The first of these classes will focus on French cooking, please refer to the details below under the heading “September 2019 Events”.
What To Expect: Great cooking isn’t just about recipes—it’s about technique and cooking with love. In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
- You will work with other students in groups of 3
- Hands-on classes are limited to 12 students
- You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
- You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish.
A full schedule of classes will be released soon. We will always send out details of newly scheduled cooking classes/camps first to people who “follow” our blog on http://www.cafeyou.com. A few days later we will advertise the classes/camps on FaceBook and other channels.

We have said goodbye to our last 2019 Summer Camp Kids Chefs
During the 7 weeks of our 2019 Summer Camps program, we had the honor and pleasure of working with 65 Junior Chefs who cut, chopped, diced, roasted, baked, sauteed their way through the summer and learned to make delicious scratch made healthy food from around the world.

Music Night – FRI SEP 6 ● 6 – 8:30 PM (full)
From opera to Latin folk to original music with local performers. Truly unique.
A French Afaire – Adult Cooking Class – WED SEP 11 ● 6 – 8:30 PM
Great cooking isn’t just about recipes—it’s about technique and cooking from the heart. In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors and then dine out on the fruits of your labor. $79 per person. 6-8:30 pm.
This class is taught by Chef Sam Wood and you will learn to make French onion soup, chicken cordon bleu, French style green beans & crème bruleé
Vegan Wine Dinner – SAT SEP 14 ● 7 PM
Enjoy an evening of Vegan fine dining paired with a selection of premium organic wines.
Pavlova Day – FRI SEP 27 ● ALL DAY
Beautiful Australian Pavlova available all day.
